Uniconta integration

An agent that looks things up in your Uniconta

Ipster recognises the caller in your administration, looks up their orders and open items and gives the stock of an item. The connection is deliberately read-only, so nothing in Uniconta is changed.

What the agent does

The actions the agent performs in Uniconta

The agent looks up data in your Uniconta administration. It does not write anything back.

Recognise the caller

At the start of the call the agent looks up the debtor by the caller's phone or mobile number.

Recognise contact persons too

If the number is on a contact person instead of on the debtor, the agent finds that too and knows which debtor it belongs to.

Look up recent orders

The agent fetches the most recent sales orders of the debtor, newest first.

Show order lines

For one order by order number, the agent says what is in it.

Give the open items

The agent fetches the unpaid invoices of the debtor, sorted by due date.

Look up the stock

By item number, the agent says how much is available per warehouse.

You stay in control

Read-only

The connection can look up data and cannot change it. Nothing is written to Uniconta.

A separate service user

The connection works with its own service user in Uniconta, separate from your colleagues' accounts.

Decide when the agent uses it

You tell the agent in the prompt when to look up data from Uniconta and what to do with it.

How to connect it

Connected in three steps

01

Use a service user

Create a separate service user in Uniconta for this connection. You need that user's Login ID, password and API key or App ID.

02

Enter the details

Paste the Login ID, the password, the API key or App ID and the Company ID from your Uniconta administration into Ipster.

03

Tell the agent when

Put in the prompt when the agent should recognise the caller and when it should look up orders, items or stock.

The connection works with a separate service user in Uniconta and can only look up data.

Frequently asked questions

About the Uniconta integration

The agent can recognise the caller, look up the most recent sales orders of a debtor, show the lines of an order, give the open items of a debtor and look up the stock per warehouse of an item.

You need the Login ID, the password and the API key or App ID of a separate service user in Uniconta, plus the Company ID. You can find that Company ID in your Uniconta administration.

No. The connection is deliberately read-only. The agent can look up orders, open items and stock, but cannot create, change or delete anything.

Both. The caller's phone number can be on the debtor, as phone or mobile, or on a contact person. The agent checks both.

Then the connection reports that the caller was not found. What the agent does next, you decide in the prompt.
