Towards a self-learning ecosystem

February 2026

The launch of our 3.0 architecture. Our AI agents can now proactively identify connections between different software packages (such as CRM and inventory management), allowing them to not only respond to questions but also make suggestions to optimize business operations.

The one million milestone

December 2025

An official celebration: Ipster processed its millionth phone call without human intervention. This proved that AI not only works for simple questions, but can streamline complex processes in automotive and logistics at scale.

Ipster founded

November 2023

Started in 2021, Ipster officially became a B.V. in November 2023. In a small studio at the Tramkade in Den Bosch, our first AI voice agent was 'born'. What began as an experiment to automate simple appointment confirmations turned out to be the blueprint for a revolution in Dutch customer service.
