Payt integration

An agent that works in your Payt

Ipster calls the debtor, discusses the open invoices and writes the result back to the file in Payt. Your colleagues read the outcome in Payt, without typing anything up.

What the agent does

The actions the agent performs in Payt

You choose which actions the agent may use.

Discuss open invoices

At the start of the call the agent fetches the open invoices, with amount and due date. For each invoice it also receives the payment link and the invoice PDF, so it can share them.

Look up debtor details

The agent fetches the debtor's name and contact details using the debtor number, so it knows who it is talking to.

Record the outcome

After the call a note is added to the file with the outcome, a summary and any promised payment date. After that, the agent can tick off the task.

Propose a payment arrangement

If the debtor wants an arrangement, the agent records it as a proposal with instalments and due dates. A colleague approves it in Payt.

Send a message through Payt

The agent sends an email through Payt, for example a confirmation, a copy of the invoice or a payment link. The message appears in the message history of the file.

Block an invoice

In case of a dispute the agent pauses the invoice, so the reminders pause, and records the reason. A colleague resumes it.

You decide

You stay in control

Choose the actions

Switch each action on or off, from fetching invoices to blocking an invoice.

Choose the administrations

Fetch your Payt administrations and tick which ones the agent may use. If only one is ticked, it uses that one automatically.

Decide how it sounds

The agent can say a short phrase while it looks something up, like "one moment, let me look that up for you". Leave it empty and the agent stays quiet while it looks things up.

How to connect it

Connected in three steps

01

Connect Payt

Connect with one click using the "Connect with Payt" button, or use a static API token from Payt.

02

Choose administrations and actions

Tick the administrations the agent may use and decide what it may do. Tell it in the prompt when to use it.

03

Start the call

Start the agent with an outbound call and pass the debtor number and the task ID, so it knows whom it is calling and where to write the result.

The agent writes back as a note on a task in Payt. Pass the task ID when you start the call. If it is missing, the agent looks for the debtor's open task.

Frequently asked questions

About the Payt integration

The agent can fetch open invoices and debtor details, record the outcome of the call, propose a payment arrangement, review existing arrangements, send a message through Payt, block an invoice, complete the task and record a correction of contact details. You choose which actions are on.

The easiest way is the "Connect with Payt" button: you log in and Payt arranges the access. Prefer another route? Then use a static API token from Payt, which requires an IP allow list in Payt.

You start the call as an outbound call and pass the debtor number and the task ID from Payt. That way the agent knows whom it is calling and on which file to write the result.

No. The agent records an arrangement as a proposal in a note on the file. A colleague reviews and approves it in Payt, so the arrangement never takes effect automatically.

The agent can block the invoice, so the reminders pause, and record the reason. A colleague resumes it in Payt, the agent does not.

Yes. You choose which administrations the agent may use, and the same connection works on several agents at once.
