Ipster checks which times are free in your Cal.com calendar and books the chosen appointment straight away. Your customer has their appointment, without anyone on your team having to schedule anything.
Ipster and Cal.com, directly connected
You add the actions the agent may use. This works for phone and for chat.
Fetch free times
For the chosen date, the agent fetches the available time slots of your event type before it mentions a time.
Book an appointment
As soon as the customer picks a time, the agent books the appointment straight into your Cal.com calendar.
Pass on name and email address
The booking carries the customer's name and email address, so the appointment is booked under a name.
Your event type
The agent works with the event type you choose, so you decide what is being booked.
The right time zone
Times are fetched and booked in the time zone you set. By default that is Europe/Amsterdam.
A confirmation email, if you want
If you like, Cal.com sends the customer a confirmation email after the booking.
Your customer wants an appointment
Ipster answers and hears which day the customer wants to come.
The agent looks at free times
It fetches the available time slots for that day in Cal.com.
The customer picks a time
